Salt Lake City, Utah – October 22, 2002 – ARKONA Inc. (ARKN), a growing force in dealer management solutions for the new and used car automobile industry and DealerPeak, a leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for the automotive industry, today announced an agreement whereby the companies’ two solutions will be integrated and sold to dealers. As part of the agreement, information from ARKONA’s dealer management system will be exported on an ongoing basis to DealerPeak for use in its CRM solution.
