Manufacturing helmets have been part of HJC Helmets business for many years in fact it started in 1971. The fact that they have been making hjc motorcycle helmets for so long and making them quite high quality as well is the reason that HJC is #1 in North America. They are also #1 in the world which is amazing. They try to keep the prices to where the average motorcyclist can afford one. One of the more expensive high-grade helmets that they have is the AC series. Here are some of the helmets that HJC Helmets make.

A quick look at all the hjc motorcycle helmets that HJC Helmets carries reveals there are several categories to look at. Street Full-Face Helmets, Off-Road Helmets, and Open-Face/Cruiser Helmets are the types of motorcycle helmets offered. HJC also makes other helmets as in snowmobile and auto helmets. So why shop anywhere else for a safety helmet?

Street Full-Face Helmets provide the most all round protection for the motorcyclist. The AC-12 El Diablo is one of these helmets. It is a light fiberglass composite weave helmet with a face shield that won’t fog. The shield has 95% protection against UV rays. It has good flow of the air through it, which keeps the head cooler. This helmet is DOT and Snell approved.

If the biker is going to be dirt trailing then they need an Off-Road Helmet. It is built for dirt! With a large eye ports goggle wear better. One of the helmets in this group is the AC-X3 Carbon. Carbon fiber composite weave is what material this helmet is made form. This helmet has lived up to not only DOT standards but Snell standards too.

If the rider does not want the Full-Face coverage but want the same safety for their head then the Open-Face/Cruiser Helmet is the answer there is even one with a flip up face shield. One that is in this category is the CL-33 Solid. This is manufactured from Advanced Polycarbonate Composite, which makes it lightweight. The biker also gets UV protected by the flip-up 3D face shield. This helmet has the DOT stamp of approval.

HJC does not just make hjc motorcycle helmets. They also make snowmobile helmets, which include Full-Face, Off-Road, and youth versions. Another type of helmet they make is an auto helmet for racing. There are several models offered in this group. What a versatile company to make all these kinds of helmets.

A biker needs to buy a new helmet if their helmet gets a defect in it such as a crack. Three to five years is the longest you are suppose to use a helmet depending on how often you use it. UV rays can have damaging effects the aging of a helmet. One crash is all a helmet is designed to withstand. A crash usually will affect the helmet enough that it is not safe to wear anymore.

For 37 years the name of HJC has been respected in the marketplace for their good quality helmets. Now whom would a motorcyclist rather deal with when buying a helmet? A company, who is well renowned for making quality helmets and considered a leader in the field, is whom the motorcyclist would rather deal with. Bikers everywhere will be able to continue to get HJC helmets for years to come. Helmets need to be worn whenever one goes riding for one to be safe.
